Who can use Aangel? |

Aangel is only available to Vodafone New Zealand 'on account' customers. |

What does Aangel cost? |
|
Aangel costs $10 + GST per month and will be charged to your Vodafone bill. Calls to 808 are charged at your normal airtime rate. You can learn about any other charges by taking the link below.

How do I set up Aangel? |
|
Before you can start using Aangel, you need to go through a short sign up process. This will enable us to activate the service for you, and customise it for your mobile. To set up Aangel, please click sign up in the red site menu, or take the link below.

Do I need a special mobile? |
|
No. Aangel works on all Vodafone mobiles, but some don't support Aangel's advanced features. Please take the link below to check if your mobile supports Aangel's advanced features.

What email software can I use? |

Can I log into the Aangel website? |
|
Yes. You can log in to the Aangel website and view all your messages. You can even resend them to your mobile or email and listen to your recordings. To log in, please take the link below.

Can I roam with Aangel? |
|
At present, the Aangel shortcode 808 will only work from within New Zealand. Please check back here for updates on how to roam with Aangel as new countries join the system. |

Can I use Aangel to send a message to someone else? |
|
No. Aangel allows you to send contacts, appointments and tasks to your own mobile and email. |

Is there a maximum amount I can use Aangel? |
|
Rather than set a maximum (because we can all have busy days!), Aangel has a fair use policy to prevent people from abusing the system and maintain the best quality of service for all our users. Take the link below to read our terms of use.

How long have I got for a message? |
|
So there is no need to rush your appointment, contact, task or note, Aangel will record for up to 60 seconds before disconnecting. |

Can I use Aangel for dictation? |
|
No. If you want to dictate a long message, press the asterisk (*) key after you hear the Aangel prompt. You can then record up to 5 minutes of dictation and the recording only will be sent to your email. Take the link below to read our tips and tricks.

I've changed my email software and Aangel isn't working properly. |

If you've changed your email software, you'll need to log in and change your settings so Aangel sends you messages that are designed to work with your new software. To go to the settings page, please select log in from the blue site menu, or take the link below.

I forgot my password for logging into the Aangel web site. |
|
If you would like your password reset and sent to you, please take the link below and follow the instructions. It will be sent to you as a TXT message. This service costs 20c (inc GST).
